ABOUT SOUTHWEST BLADECRAFT
Southwest Bladecraft is located in Tucson, Arizona, and is owned and operated by Gene Anderson. This is a full-time shop, producing fine hand made, fixed-blade and folding-blade knives. When you purchase a knife from Southwest Bladecraft, you are dealing with the shop owner: the person who has the final responsibility for product quality. Your knife will be made by me, not by an apprentice, and I personally guarantee your satisfaction with my product.

I use nothing but the best of materials. Highly figured presentation grade ironwood is one of my favorites for knife handles. And I like to work with ATS-34 stainless steel for blades because of its corrosion resistant properties and ability to hold an edge and take a bright mirror finish. Other materials, of course, are available on request.

Shipping. Any knife purchased from Southwest Bladecraft will be shipped to your address free of charge within the continental US. Shipping will be insured for the purchase price of the knife.
Warranty Replacement. All knives produced by Southwest Bladecraft are covered by a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. My policy is one of complete customer satisfaction. Any knife that fails in normal service will be replaced by a knife of similar style and value at no cost to the customer other than a nominal shipping and handling fee.
Returns. If you receive a knife that is in any way unsatisfactory, just return it within seven days of receipt. Your money will be refunded. A returned knife must be undamaged and in new condition.
Repair. Should damage occur to one of our knives through accident, lack of care, or misuse, I will repair the damaged piece for a nominal fee.
